Join us for a 3-day Upper Thames rowing adventure from the historic university city of Oxford to Windsor. This route follows the same iconic stretch as the Oxford to Putney tour, finishing at the world-famous Olympic Rowing Lake before transferring into Windsor/Eton.
We start at the university boathouses in Oxford and row downstream to Wallingford Bridge, covering approximately 35 km. There are several locks along this stretch, providing natural breaks where we can stop en route for drinks, lunch, and snacks.
This section takes us from Wallingford to Henley-on-Thames, covering roughly 36 km. There are fewer locks on this stretch, allowing for steady rowing, with regular stops planned for food and refreshments.
Our final day covers approximately 31 km as we row towards Windsor. The journey concludes at the Olympic Rowing Lake, after which you will be transferred by road into Windsor/Eton.
